Shipping Information

How much is shipping?
Depends on what you are buying and where you live. Generally, the products are about $5.00 for standard shipping but it can also be less than that.

How long will it take to get my package?
Product processing takes between 2-7 days. Then you have shipping, which varies based on when you need the product.

• Overnight: next day delivery in the US
• Express: 1-3 business days in the US, Canada, and internationally
• Standard: 3-5 business days in the US and internationally, 3-6 days in Canada
• Economy: 5-8 business days in the US, 6-12 days in Canada, 5-10 days internationally
• No rush: 10-20 business days internationally
• Flat rate: 5-8 business days in the US, 6-12 days in Canada, 5-20 days internationally

What should I do if it’s past the estimated delivery time and I still haven’t received my order?
If your order’s estimated delivery time has passed and you still haven’t received it, here’s what you do:

• Wait a day or two. Shipments can get delayed for reasons we can’t predict. We understand it’s frustrating to deal with late shipments, but please remember that our estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee. Contact us if it is taking longer than that by emailing us at hueidowed@gmail.com with your order number and product details. 

Will my stuff ship together?
Maybe so. Maybe not. Depends on what you order. Like items will likely ship together. 

Do y'all ship the stuff yourselves?
We use a printing and fulfillment service, so no, but you're 100% supporting a business owned by two Black women when you shop here so, feel good!
